They are also required to participate in our ongoing training program exceeding the CEU continuing education units required to maintain a State of Illinois home inspector's license.

The Best Report Your home inspection report will be detailed, objective, well documented and written in a language that is easy to understand. In addition, you will receive budget figures for resolving areas of concerns that will put them in perspective and assist you with your decision to move forward with your purchase, renegotiate the price or look for a more suitable property. Your report will include a safety review and maintenance guidelines. A private verbal consultation is available after the inspection to cover any issues that may not have been appropriate to discuss in the presence of others. You will also be provided with your inspector's cell phone number so you can contact him/her directly with any questions that may arise after your inspection.

Our Price Guarantee We will meet any price for a complete home inspection that you are quoted; providing it is in a written format, from an Illinois State Licensed home inspector who is a full member of ASHI or NAHI, provides a narrative report with digital image documentation, does no more than two inspections per day and has a minimum of five years of full time home inspection experience in the Chicago Metropolitan Area.
