Order processing and information
Please note: These services are limited to Cook, DuPage, Will & Kane Counties.

Your order will be processed and assigned to an inspector within 1-2 hours during normal business hours. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation of your order after processing.

Your inspector will call the contact person you list below at least 24 hours before the "Date Needed By" provided you. He will establish a 30 minute window for the inspection appointment (example; Tuesday morning between 10:00 and 10:30)  with the person who is providing access to the building.

Inspection results are reported on nationally recognized forms and can be issued at the time of the inspection, sent via e-mail in PDF format or printed, faxed and mailed the day it is completed.

E-mail address will only be used for sending your confirmations, invoices and reports.
