Your inspector will call the contact person you list below at least 24 hours before the "Date Needed By" provided you. He will establish a 30 minute window for the inspection appointment (example; Tuesday morning between 10:00 and 10:30)  with the person who is providing access to the building.

Inspection results are reported on nationally recognized forms and can be issued at the time of the inspection, sent via e-mail in PDF format or printed, faxed and mailed the day it is completed.
