First time home buyers appreciate our patience and plain language
concerning
areas of the home they are not familiar with. Your inspector will also demonstrate how to
operate and maintain key equipment to enhance its operation and extend its
useful life Items will be indentified that you may want to address
prior to moving in as well as items you may need to address in the first few
years of ownership. You inspector will explains these potential problems in a
way that first time home buyers especially appreciate. Your inspector knows how
to put every issue into its proper perspective (given the age and style of the
home, etc) and provide budget figures to resolve them or replace them.
Finally many of the positive aspects of the property will be pointed out
hopefully confirming your decision to make an offer on the property.

inspection report will be detailed, objective, well documented and written in a language that is easy to understand.
In addition, you will receive
budget figures for resolving areas of concerns that will put them in perspective
and assist you with your decision to move forward with your purchase,
renegotiate the price or look for a more suitable property.
Your report will include a safety review and maintenance guidelines.
A
private verbal consultation
is available after the inspection to cover any issues that may not have been
appropriate to discuss in the presence of others. You will also be provided with your
inspector's cell phone number so you can contact him/her directly with any questions that may arise after your
inspection.

price for a complete home inspection that you are quoted; providing it is in a
written format, from an Illinois State Licensed home inspector who is a full
member of ASHI or NAHI, provides a narrative report with digital image
documentation, does no more than two inspections per day and has a minimum of
five years of full time home inspection experience in the Chicago Metropolitan
Area.
